No actually that is not possible, but if you want something that works like that. Check out the XCM Xbox 360 controller cases at http://www.extreme-mods.com/SearchRe...360+controller You should be able to find a controller case with leds just the way you want them, and for alot less than the rapid fire gear mod costs.
