installed fairly easy..... problems.... left bumper doesnt work. right trigger bairly works and sticks when it does and doesnt rapid fire.... right bumber shows lights on and rapid blinking but i cant use it either way in the game i am trying it on... right bumber is my reload but doesnt reload.... etc... any suggestions? plz im in reall need... this is my only controller at the moment... i cant wait to get this working fully. ![]() also.... how much of a cut for the traces... maybe mine are too deep? or does that matter for those will a simple small slice across it be enough to sever connection? You'll need to double check with a microscope, then you'll be able to tell if they are cut fully or not. You should get another controller to use as backup, it wasn't a very good idea to mod your only controller.

Rule #1: Always have a backup, you never know what will happen when fooling with the insides of a controller.

you sound like you had the problem I was having but the bumper problem. make sure you have the (this) IF you have that orange Pcb v2 and 360T. the trigger will not work right. if you have the 360T2 and a different orange pcb v2, you'll have the right trigger problem like your talking about.

i was using the old pcb for old model controller. i just went to walmart and got 2 more controllers.... i hope there the new ones so i dont have to undo the old board.... this time i will post pics before durin and after...... also i got that microscope from radioshack and i dont see how u used it. well not with the old model... could get it focused on some parts because it wouldnt go flush with it..... i will start in a few min after i eat. |

mag i have version 2 controller now and the pcb for it is different that ur pic... newer i think.... i cant find my usb cable for my camera or id upload a pic of it...

nice job. that PCB works with the 360t2 but it has some problems with the right trigger sometimes. for games like gears and COD World at War. The button had to be adjusted to a certain speed. If you wish to learn how to added a button to do that feel free to pm me.
