Unhappy XCM Rapid Fire Gear Lite

Hello, I recently purchased a XCM Rapid Fire Gear Lite and installed it into my V2 controller, The install went well but after screwing it back together, here are the issues.

RB Doesn't Work
LT Doesn't Work
When I click the turbo button, the RB lights up and the A,B,X,Y do not work. The only way I can fix that is if I pull out the battery.

What did I miss or what am I doing wrong?

Double check the soldering and make sure the traces are cut properly with a microscope. You can get a cheap microscope at radio shack for about $10. Also check continuity with the wires and make sure there are no cold solder joints.

lol,

I had a similar problem I installed the rapid fire into the controller and the lights light up fine, but none of them work and the start, back and guide button flicker a little bit when you don't press them. It is really weird.
