XFPS 3.0 SNIPER PLUS - Binding Query

Hey guys, not long bought your product and it's not as bad as some people say.

However it's not binding my keys at all! Having to press 5 and 6 for the stick clicks is stupid why are they there.

The program light flashes as though i've done it but it's simply not doing it, cant bind to keyboard or mouse.

Also how come there has been no firmware updates for this as surely it's based on a config running the whole thing.

Many thanks for any help you can give.

PS only tried on MW2 not on H3.

I have the same issue on one i just received ordered from Ren Chi
it must be defective
