XFPX 3.0 Sniper Plus and G15 Keyboard

XFPX 3.0 Sniper Plus and G15 Keyboard

Hi, I've recently purchased the 3.0 Sniper Plus but when I plug my G15 keyboard into it, the keyboard doesn't light up and doesn't register any keyboard presses. I've tried both USB slot and even the PS2 slot with the adaptor. Is there something wrong with the XFPS that I received or is there just a compatibility issue with the G15? My mouse works just fine with the xfps for reference.
