I installed this after receiving it today and it works perfect, But if i have it on manual mode and have the fan's on low it will automatically jump up to high speed for like 10 seconds then back down to my setting, or if i have the fan's set on high they will go low for about 10 seconds and then go back up to high, Its quiet annoying and it happens alot, Please anyhelp

Sounds like there may be a problem with the fans themselves, you may want to contact the retailer and ask if they can swap out the defective part. Just one question, does the temp on the readout jump up when it does that? Just curious.
