I received a chrome xcm controller from a supplier. So, I installed the wires, but then I went to put in the new triggers and found that there was no rods for the springs to connect to. Is there any way I can get a new pair with the rods on them from you guys? thanks.

We've sold tens of thousands of these and have never run into the problem you are describing. You should contact whoever sold it to you and get the defective parts replaced, that is how it works. We don't ship parts directly to customers.
