Error message

I just recently installed the XCM core cooler V2, High speed air cooler and Black knight case on my Xbox 360. It worked fine for 2 weeks now when I turn it on it just goes to a black screen that says "System Error.Contact xbox costumer support" At the bottom of the message I get either E68 or E69. Is my xbox shot? Or what can I do to repair it. I know contacting xbox is out of the question when it comes to mods.

your hard drive is shot. or its voltage starved. may have to remove the fans or find an alternate voltage source. this is a common problem after adding light accessories
