Chameleon power adapter

I recently purchased the HDMI Chameleon case mod. I got it all hooked up and going, but when I powered the XBOX on, and the chameleon LEDS worked great, but the green power light wouldn't stop blinking, and the DVD drive wouldn't open, even though it said opening on the dash. I took the case back apart, and plugged the DVD drive directly into the XBOX again, booted it up, and it worked fine. I'm thinking the adapter isn't sending full power to the DVD hookup, because the leds are getting power, the DVD just isn't getting enough power to be fully detected and to open. I tried contacting the seller, but I'm still waiting for a reply. Is there any way to fix this, and if there isn't, is there anywhere I can buy a replacement power adapter by itself?
