Default Help with pad

Today I got my black case with new d-pad come thorugh the post today.

Now I've got the majority of the controller working but there are a few things that keep acting up.

1. The left analog isn't as responsive & sometimes turns left on it's own. You know how on the dashboard when you hold the analog right it slides? well it's stop doing that & same for the d-pad.

2. My left trigger works but the right one has stopped working completely.

3. The A button is a bit stiff, I have to press hard in order for it to work.

Any help would be great.

Edit: I've sorted out the A button problem.

Ah no, just the normal controller.

Well I got the left analog sorted out, so all that's left is the right trigger.

I think it might have something to do with when I was swapping triggers, must have pulled too hard.

I've never run into that proble before, considering how its a button and the case does not affect it at all. You may want to take it apart and see if the button itself is broke.
