Xfps pro setup problem

Hi All!!!


I have bought a xcm xfps pro 360 and i own a WIRED controller. i have downloaded and watched your "how to connect" video. i start the game (call of duty world at war) and move the controller about a bit (like it says in the video), then i dissconnect the contraoller from my xbox 360 and connect it to the xfps pro, i then connect the xfps pro to the xbox 360 but all i get is the green circle on the wired controller flashing every second or so. and on the television it still shows "please reconnect controller". the video tells me to connect the controller to the xfps pro aswell as well as the mouse, then move the controller about a bit and diconnect it, leaving just the mouse connect to the xfps (which is connected to the xbox 360) i bought the item and the wired controller, followed the video guide and im still at a loss, i have viewed MANY forums but cannot find out how to fix. i hope that some1 reading this has had the same problem as me and knows how to fix, i will "love you long time" if you do

The pro model is an old unit that has not been made in well over a year. Who did you buy it from? Also what color is the unit?

its a white unit i got from ebay. its looks EXECTLY the same as the model on the "setup movie" (link http://www.xcm.cc/new-XFPS-PRO-HALO_3.wmv ). i followed instructions to the letter but for some reason when i connect the controller to the xfps pro and the xfps pro to the xbox 360 the controllers green light just flashes every second and the xbox tells me to connect a controller. thx for your reply, i hope you can help me

Sounds like the unit itself might be defective, sorry to hear about your experience.
