a,y,b,x buttons dont after i installed rapidfire gerae pro

I have a problem with the a,y,b,x buttons on the version 1 on xbox pcb.
I found that they do work if I dont conect the top plate ribbon cable and use
just the rubber thingy that goes over the buttons.

so I dont know if the buttons are getting press fully enought to make contact with the pcb waffer

WHen I plug the ribbon cable into the top all buttons light up.

I dont know if the triggers and work either

Sounds like there may be a problem with one of the points on the pcb, double check them all with a magnifying glass to be sure. Its a really hard install, so take your time.
