Unhappy Help with Rapid Gear Lite V2

I have some problems with the installation of my Rapid Gear Lite. When i try turn on the controller, its does not nothing. I upload some screens:

First of all, I have reviewed all welds/cuts and correctly they are installed.

Anyone can help me?

I can see from your pics the +5v is grounded to the crosshatch ground on the pcb. This is why you need a microscope of some sorts when doing the installs. The point you soldered to is pretty sloppy in terms of removing the enamel coating, you removed the coating off the point and the surrounding crosshatch and connected them, which is causing the power to ground out. You may want to try and fix it, but it will take some playing with to get it right. You may also want to start with a fresh install on a new case if you cannot get this one working, or send it to someone who can get it fixed for you.

Also those blobs of solder are huge, you want to use very little solder when making connections, using too much will cause you to bridge points that should not be bridged. This is going to take some work to fix, good luck.
