Default PSP 1000 faceplates wont fit.

Hey there, I was wondering how to make the custom PSP-1000 faceplates fit. I can't get it to work. When I install it the L and R buttons seems tight and wont work properly. Anyone with any info on what i should be doing would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

The psp 1000 faceplates haven't been made for sometime, just be sure you are not using a 2000 series or 3000 series faceplate on your 1000 series console.
