Default diagnoses of XCM CBA disconnect problems

I have mine on order so if I also have the disconnect problems I will try the following:

1) use a MS controller wireless with cable and the MS non-wireless controller.

2) I have several third-party 360 controllers so I will try them.

Question for those with disconnected problems:

Are you using extension cables with the controllers?

Does not work, already tried... Only the pre-wired ones work.

You must use a wired controller not a wireless with plug and charge kit. The reason is the wireless controllers with plug and charge kits still connect to the console wirelessly, the plug and charge kit is just charging the controller via usb port, no data is being sent through the usb port.

Thanks TeamXCM for ^

Good news/Bad news. I got mine in and it too has occasional freezes.

It doesn't "disconnect" as a normal controller would with the PS3 displaying a "please re-connect the controller" type message. It just stops working. Unplugging just the controller doesn't fix it. Only unplugging and reconnecting the XCM CBA device will fix it.

Other than the freezes, for me, this makes playing the PS3 soooo much better. The 360 controller sticks track much better than any ps3 controller i've tried. And I have tried like 4 or 5 third-party ones.

Fix this baby, let the word get out, and you guys just might make some serious cash-ola with this thing.
