Mayflash Shooter VS XCM Products? PS3

Hello, I am an FPS PC gamer that has moved into some console FPS gaming. I have the PS3 and cant for the life of me get used to using the controller. I have also the Xbox 360 and think its a little better.

The reason I am writing is because I bought a month or so ago the Mayflash Shooter for the PS3 mostly because of price but I am noticing after many hours of usage that I am still not happy with the fine tuning of the preciseness.

I am using the Logitech 518 mouse with it but am left handed so tried a little higher DPI with the SNIPA mouse but just was getting too much jitter.

Has anyone used the new XCM adapters for keyboard and mouse and what have you guys seen? I am just afraid of spending more money and not seeing any difference in my current setup compared to the XCM setups...
