xfps ps3 key mapping

On my mouse 2 buttons (button 4 and button 5) seem to be set for grenades and crouch. no matter what I map to those buttons it never forgets the grenades of the crouch.

Is there anyway to erase the memory of the button mapping for the xfps ps3?
