XCM Rumble Joystick PS3

Hi Everyone. I had a few questions about the xcm rumble joystick and was hoping someone could answer them. I'm looking into purchasing a joystick for Tekken 6. I've never purchased one before but after some general research i've found out that there are an amazing amount of Joysticks out there, and a huge price range. This Stick looks and sounds amazing i hope it'll work for me. What kind of action does the Joystick have 8 way or 360? Also Could this be changed with the appropriate plate? Also would this Stick work well with 3-D Fighting games, Tekken 6, or would this stick be more geared for 2-D games like Street Fighter. Also a General rating of the overall performance would be awesome.
