Dualshock 3 and Turbo

I recently purchased a Cross Battle Adapter PLUS and haven’t had the chance to pick up a Wired Xbox controller; in the mean time I was wondering if it was normal that the Turbo function doesn’t work when using a Dualshock 3 controller.

Does Turbo only work with a Wired Xbox controller or should I return the product

And as a preemptive strike, yes I have tried several games

Its not suppose to work with a dual shock controller, it only works with a wired xbox 360 controller.

Somebody should communicate this (non-working PS3 turbo function for PS3 controller) with the help desk support folks. Below is a brief email exchange (and misleading response) with the support@xcmlive.com folks. From the response, the purchase of a Cross Battle Adapter would have been the solution to obtaining the turbo function (but not the Macros) for the PS3 controller, based on the information supplied.

you can use the turbo function, and the cross battle adapter hasn't got the macro function, only the K.O gear comes with the marco function
