xcm 1080p + Wii stoped working after 30 mins

Hi XCM,

got a wii + xcm 1080p + xcm multi console component cable + 24 inch tft screen + VGA cable

turned on the wii and it worked perfectly. after setting up the wii and about 30 minutes later, I then accidentally pressed a button (or two) on the xcm 1080p and ever since then it's alternating between the blue and the green light with a 0.5 sec interval.

I tried everything with my wii, rebooting, erasing system memory, setting it to 480i or 480p, no change. yes, all the cables are properly connected, yes I did double check it, I tried pressing buttons on the xcm 1080p, turning it on and off, first turning the console on, first turning the xcm 1080p on, yes the cable is on the right setting (there is sound comming of the component cable, but you can only hear it if you bypass the xcm 1080p).

Please tell me if there is a fix or if it's broke.
