Help with Wii i-Case Chameleon - Leds not turning on!

Well, I am myself now a proud Brazilian owner of an i-Case Chameleon for Wii!

I have bought this beautiful piece at (no external links) and I can just support and recommend this E-Store, the product arrived in just one week (using regular air mail).

Although the product came absolutely well packed, everything really organized in the blue plastic bags, keys, everything... after assembling it (on three hours of hard but absolutely fun work), the leds did not turned on....

I followed all the instructions and videos, used the cables provided, and the video-game is functioning well and transparent! But there is no way to press the button so that the colors come to life.

I think maybe the problem is actually at the switch, cause I can't hear any 'click' while pressing it. Is it supposed to 'click' when pressed? The switch movement is quite smooth but there's no sound or "feel of click" at all.

I'm going to disassemble it in order to verify again each cable contact, but I would like to question you if there is any historic or advice in solving this problem... and, if it's the case, if there is any way to obtain another switch or the entire wind tunnel.

I may try to improvise with an external switch or something, but I would like to hear your advice, so that I keep this awesome shell altogether.

It sounds like the case may be defective, you should contact the retailer and ask for a replacement. You may be able to just get the part that is defective, it depends on the retailer. I know if you had bought it from extreme-mods they would have sent just the part, but they do not ship to brazil anymore since there has been issues with fraudulent orders from that region.
