problems with XCM 1080P Mega Cool VGA and PS3

And the problem consists in that if to put the permission 720p, 1080i, 1080p that accordingly joins 1080p, and on the screen horizontally green strips start to run, moving vertically if to put 1080i and 720p already in the console menu it is put 1080i, strips are not present, but at an input in game joins 720p and again there are same strips if to put in general only 1080i already in games joins 576i and in that case is not present strips not in game, not in the menu, but quality is worse than on the TV 576i, that is strips appear only at inclusions of permissions with progressive scan, whether is possible with it that that to make, except purchase of the new monitor?
