Unhappy XCM Multi Component v3. PS2 output problem, pic and sound

Need help please,

got this unit from ebay today as a replacement for the previous one...

problems are:

1. using the PS2 connection, the video keeps on cutting off (blank screen and back to normal every few seconds so make games not playable)

2. again, using the PS2 connection, the sound output go to wrong channel...

Right channel will go to White cable (L)

Left Channel will go to Red Cable (R)

This only happens with using PS2, Wii and 360 are fine

Tested with valkyrie profile silmeria (using the sound setup in option)
also tried to listen to cd and yes.. same problem.. but only with PS2 connection.

Other cable what i had works fine, so it cannot be my tv or the console unit it self...

Please give me some advice before I contact the seller and tell him I got same problem again...

Thankyou in advance

Kind Regards

turnaturn

The screen going blank is the power fluctuation issue in your house. Even the slightest of fluctuation will cause it to go blank, which is really frustrating. I myself am busy finding a solution to that (AC TO USB ADAPTER perhaps will work. not sure). So it has nothing to do with the xcm cable.

I am not sure about the wrong channel working. I have third party component cable for ps2 and they work fantastic.

Hi,

Still finding it hard to believe that it is something to do with ther power in my house...

but the other main issue still remain unsolved... the sound output wroing channel..

the seller contact XCM and claimed that my LCD TV is not compatible (????)

c'mon... is it even possible that a certain tv will not output sound correctly using XCM cable but working perfectly with el-cheapo ebay $10 cable?

I would love to see anyone trying this cable with valkyrie profile 2 on ps2 and play with the sound setting.. apparently same problem happens on every tv i tried.. so.. it cllearly not my tv :-)
