Default i have a problem with XCM 1080p Mega-Cool VGA box

first of all; when i connected it with my ps2 or psp, xbox ; i could see the image on my monitor but the problem is the screen; its black and white colour and it was not stable[ it went up and down or left and right all the time].
here this is what i have:
-i did not plug in the audio [ because i don have]
-i don have computer but i have laptop so i plug the usb into my laptop and ps2
is there anyway to fit it? i did borrow xbox and it was same.

I don't know anything about PSP or XBOX as I don't own them.
But regarding PS2, are you sure about the following:

-you selected the COMPONENT VIDEO option in the CONFIGURATION menu of the PS2's browser? (before connecting your XCM MEGA COOL VGA BOX)
You have to switch it from RGB to COMPONENT(YPbPr)

-you are using the COMPONENT AV CABLE(red, blue, green, red, white plugs) for PS2, XBOX, PSP and not the COMPOSITE AV CABLE(yellow, red, white plugs)

Not pluggin in the audio should not cause any issues, but it causes issues while connecting Composite AV cable when you just insert the Video cord and not the Audio ones..so maybe you should connect all the plugs into the VGA BOX so that all 5 component inputs are packed with the 5 plugs of the component av cable.(pardon my pathetic way of expressing it)

- Please check if the resolution of your laptop is supported by this VGA box or not.(The resolution thing has kept me from buying this product as my lcd monitor's native resolution is 1366 x 768 which is not listed in their list of resolutions. and I don't know whether this costly thing will work for me or not)

Feel free to ask if you are not clear about anything in this lengthy post of mine.

im using this one:"XCM Multi-Console Component cable Version .3"
and one question.... well if my laptop is broken then i can not use it ? well its not broken, the problem is the screen. the screen is black for months but the system is still running. sometime i could see the orgianal but most of t he time; its black . i did ask some of my friends. they told me that because i have been using it for long time and now it ran out of lightning[ i don know how to say but something like light in the screen]. thats why it does not work; so i have to buy new one or fit it but if i awnt to fit it; its gona be expensive . at this moment i can not offer a new pc or laptop.

i did plug in all the cable but i don know why; it does not work...

First of all most laptops only have a video output to display on an external monitor. This could be your problem. Also if the video is not in color then either a setting on the console must not be right or the component video cables are not plugged in correctly or one is not making a good connection. A shifting screen might be due to the refresh rate on the monitor you are using, it needs to be at 60hz, which is common on most displays.
