Hello, I purchased the 1080p VGA Box about a year ago, and unfortunately have had issues from the moment I received it. While I have been successful in connecting a Wii to my Acer 2216w 22 inch widescreen monitor, the image intermittently blacks out every 3 to 10 minutes. It stays black for around 10 to 15 seconds before displaying an image again. I have also connected the VGA Box from the Wii to an Acer X263Wbi with exactly the same results. I am using the included cables (USB, Wii - component), and the monitor works properly when connected (via the 15 pin d-sub vga connector) to a PC. I have used the Wii with the XCM component cable on various LCD and Plasma televisions with no issue. The fun doesn't stop there: I can't seem to be able to use the 1080p VGA Box with either Acer monitor mentioned above as well as a Dell 2001FP LCD monitor at any resolution with an XBox 360. It simply does not display an image. The XBox 360 and cables work using HD TVs. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks |

I was wondering if that was the case. I can't seem to find any warranty information - is there? Thanks |

Generally speaking the warrantee is 30 days from the date of delivery or the say the order was fullfilled. How long have you had it and whom did you purchase it from?
