Somebody should communicate this (non-working PS3 turbo function for PS3 controller) with the help desk support folks. Below is a brief email exchange (and misleading response) with the
support@xcmlive.com folks. From the response, the purchase of a Cross Battle Adapter would have been the solution to obtaining the turbo function (but not the Macros) for the PS3 controller, based on the information supplied.

you can use the turbo function, and the cross battle adapter hasn't got the macro function, only the K.O gear comes with the marco function
