I was under the impression from their response sending me to you that you were a site they had created for US support. Thank you for setting me straight. You are right, if you are just a forum, then you are in no way responsible and I just emailed them back telling them that they need to support their product and not pawn it off on someone who is doing a kind act out of their own pocket. Again, I apologize if my frustration seemed like an attack.
